Everything your club actually needs.

No spreadsheets. No WhatsApp chaos. Just a clean, modern app that handles box leagues, ladders, round progression, photos, and the admin you'd rather not do.

Box leagues

Promotion and relegation across as many boxes as you need. Auto-generated fixtures and standings — the round progresses itself when results are in.

Ladders

Challenge-based ranking with configurable challenge windows, point adjustments, and partner ladders for doubles.

Multi-club

Belong to more than one club with a single account. Switch clubs from your home screen — your rankings and match history are kept separate for each one.

Round-robins & doubles

Singles, doubles, or both. Doubles can be fixed-partner or rotating, and partner swaps need everyone to agree — so nobody's stuck in a match they didn't sign up for.

Photo moderation

Auto-screened profile and club photos — Google Vision SafeSearch runs on every upload, admins review anything flagged.

Match scheduling

Propose, accept, reschedule, or forfeit matches. Round-ended and pending-confirm prompts keep everyone moving.

Role-based admin

Each club has one super-admin who runs everything. Sport admins help out with specific sports. Members play. Admins who don't play themselves can stay off the leaderboards.

Club branding

Your club's accent color, hero photo, and alias policy flow through every screen. It feels like your club, not a generic app.

Works on iOS & Android

One codebase, native everywhere — iPhone 8 and up, Android 8.0 and up. Offline-tolerant with cloud sync.

How it works.

From zero to your first result in about ten minutes.

  1. 1

    Create your club

Pick your club name, pick your accent color, pick your sports. A six-character join code is generated so members can find you.

  2. 2

    Invite your players

Share the join code, send out invite emails, or print the welcome poster with its QR code. Approve new members with one tap.

  3. 3

    Launch a league

Pick a format (box, ladder, or round-robin), pick a sport, assign players to boxes. Launch when you're ready — fixtures appear automatically.

  4. 4

    Play & record

Players log scores, opponents confirm. The round progresses itself when everyone's in. Promotion, relegation and standings update live.

League detail screen — round progress and boxes

For players. For admins.

Whether you're running the club or just chasing a ranking point, the app adapts to who you are.

For players

Just play.

You want to know who you're playing, what the score means, and whether you went up or down a box. That's all.

  • See your box, your fixtures, and your next opponent
  • Log scores in seconds, confirm opponents' results
  • Match history with stats and head-to-head records
  • Ladder challenges with auto-expiry windows
  • Profile photos, skill level, your own display name
For admins

Stop wrangling spreadsheets.

Everything a club organiser actually does — league setup, member management, photo moderation, welcome packs — built in and nothing extra.

  • Create leagues and boxes, launch with one tap
  • Approve joiners, assign sports, set roles
  • Override match results, adjust ladder points
  • Email invite campaigns with tracked acceptance
  • Silent-admin mode for non-playing organisers
  • Transfer ownership — never the sole point of failure

Questions & answers.

Is Racket Leagues free for my players?

Yes. Players download the app for free and join as many clubs as they like at no cost. The club pays a flat £23.99 / month subscription so their competitions keep running; players never see a paywall.

What does the £23.99 / month cover?

Unlimited members, unlimited leagues, every sport, both singles and doubles, all admin tools, photo moderation, branded join codes, email invites and welcome-pack PDFs. There are no per-player charges and no surprise upgrades — one flat fee per club, billed through Apple or Google so you can cancel from your phone any time.

What's the £5.99 sponsor display?

An optional one-off in-app purchase. Buy it once per club and your sponsor's name, logo and banner appear on every member's home screen. It stays unlocked for the life of the subscription.

What sports does it support?

Tennis, padel, squash, table tennis and badminton — singles and doubles where the sport allows. Squash supports both PAR-11 and PAR-15 scoring, selectable per club.

Can our club have more than one admin?

Yes. There's one super-admin who runs the club, plus sport-scoped admins (e.g. one for tennis, another for squash). Admins who don't play themselves can stay off the leaderboards.

Can I play at more than one club?

Yes. One account belongs to as many clubs as you like — your rankings, match history and standings are kept separate for each club. Switch between them from the home screen.

How does photo moderation work?

Every profile and club photo runs through Google Vision SafeSearch on upload. Anything flagged gets queued for admin review; nothing inappropriate reaches the rest of the club.

Do you support box leagues with promotion and relegation?

That's the main event. Configure however many boxes you want, how many players per box, and how many move up or down between rounds. The app handles the rest at round end.

Is my data private?

Your match data only shows within your own club. Personal info is never shared with third parties. Full details in the privacy policy.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from Profile → Delete account. Your PII is scrubbed and opponents' match history shows "Deleted player" for your games. Super admins need to transfer ownership of their clubs first.

Where's the full user guide?

Every feature is documented in the user guide — from sign-up through running a club. Screenshots included for every screen.
